This policy explains how JobSite Apps LLC ("we", "us") handles information when you use Vera, the Owner Builders Club, our website at vdc.chat, or contact us by phone, text message or email.
We collect information you give us: your name, email address, mobile phone number, project address, and the documents, photos, estimates, plans and messages you send us about your project. We also keep records of calls, voicemails and text messages exchanged with Vera, and basic technical data (such as device and browser type) needed to run our services.
We use your information to provide and improve Vera and the Owner Builders Club: answering your questions, preparing work orders, schedules and cost comparisons, coordinating with the people working on your project, sending you the messages you asked for, and keeping our services secure.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of our services, such as our customer service and messaging providers, is permitted; all other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our services (for example hosting, email, telephone and SMS delivery, and AI processing) under obligations to protect it; with people on your own project when you ask us to; or when required by law.
We keep information as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, and protect it with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by emailing vera@vdc.chat. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
Our services are for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18.
