JobSite Apps LLC is a California company that builds software for people who build. Our product, Vera, is an AI construction assistant for owner-builders rebuilding homes after the January 2025 Los Angeles wildfires, many of them in fire-resistant insulated concrete forms (ICCF).
Vera helps members of our invite-only Owner Builders Club plan their builds, prepare trade work orders, schedule inspections, coordinate suppliers, and keep track of the paperwork that comes with running your own job site.
Vera's number is +1 (310) 620-1718. Owner-builders, their foremen and crews, suppliers, and inspectors can call, text, or leave a message about an active project.
How you opt in to text messages
Club members opt in when they join, by checking an unchecked box that reads:
"I agree to receive text messages from JobSite Apps LLC (Vera) about my construction project, including schedules, inspections, deliveries and replies to my questions. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms."
Anyone else who texts Vera first, such as a foreman, supplier or inspector on a member's project, gets replies about that conversation only. You can reply STOP at any time to stop all messages, or HELP for help.
Full details are in our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.
